This contract will employ Architect-Engineer (A-E) services to prepare installation and facility master plans, related concept designs, complete designs and supporting documentation. The Onyx/G&O JV will provide management support services for projects assigned to USACE, Europe District, that include labor, management, facilities, supplies, equipment, and materials.
